We have a single, fully furnished room with a built in wardrobe available in a clean, spacious, modern 4 bedroom house. There are 2 bathrooms (the shower and bathroom/basin are separate), 2 living rooms and a kitchen which has recently been renovated. The house is fully furnished and walking distance to Burwood One, home to all the amenities you could poke a stick at (including huge 24hr Kmart/Coles/gym, medical centre, Subway, Nandoes, etc). The larger living room/kitchen has air conditioning and all the rooms have central heating.
You will be sharing with 3 full-time workers who love music, dance, videogames, cooking, a good movie or meal and having a laugh or few drinks together every now and then. At the same time, we respect each others' privacy and all make an effort to keep the house clean and tidy. Ideally we would prefer full-time young professionals, or someone who is looking for somewhere to call home rather than a house/temporary stay.
